What a great place to stay. The hotel is swanky, spotless, hip, neat, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is excellent and it's so nice to not have a blaring TV in the breakfast area. I loved the shower. The hotel is just on the side of the road, not within walking distance to anything, but is a quick drive from Saratoga and the Capital District. Great find.

This hotel was just perfect. I am a Hyatt Platinum level member so stay in Hyatt properties around the country. This place was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was fresh and well managed and the room was very comfortable and large. Loved this place and will definitely stay again.

This hotel is fairly new and just fantastic. First of all its right off 87 so weather you're driving north or visiting Saratoga Springs its a great location. The rooms are setup well if sharing they have beds in one room and half wall that seperates to a sectional sofa thats also a pullout bed. Breakfast comes with the room and includes breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal & bagels. The staff was extremely helpful my husband forgot to shine his shoes before a wedding and they even had little shoe shining packets!

I'll start out with this, the hotel is not in the downtown area. If you are looking for a hotel in downtown Saratoga, this is not it! Second, it's a bit tricky to get to off of 87 as there are numerous traffic circles. Other then that, check-in was a bit of a breeze. They were sold out both nights we stayed so it was def. crowded but there was not a lot of noise. We had a room facing towards the highway but we couldn't hear the road noise. Kids were on our floor and although we weren't woken up you could hear conversations clear through the doors which was a bit of an inconvenience. Never heard anyone in the other rooms though above or below us. The weight room is small, two treadmills, a bike, an ellipitical but they had a bunch of free weights. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was a definite plus; pancakes, oj, apple juice, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, etc. Pretty much a standard continental but with some bonuses. Maid service was a plus and the room was spotless. Everything was comfortable. Complaints would be the bathroom....at least ours. It has an extended shower door that swings out which is nice but the bathroom only has one light in it and it is extremely poor. The vanity is outside of the bathroom but you almost have to shower with the door open to see anything. Again, the bathroom was clean, just the lighting.

Other then that, we spent some time in downtown Saratoga and although we had to drive it wasn't that big of an inconvenience. I would have liked staying downtown but for the price and convenience of saving on breakfast this was a great place to stay.

Room Tip: Just ask for a room that doesn't face the road if possible and they seemed to accomodate if at a...

We recently visited Saratoga and stayed at the Hyatt. We had such a great stay. Room was very comfortable, pool was great for the kids, and the breakfast choices were terrific!
Carmen was exceptionally helpful! She went out of her way to help us plan our evening, give us some sight seeing pointers and was extremely nice to the kids. Thank you, Carmen!

The hotel seems to pass the sniff test, funky lobby/check in area/bar, nice rooms, easy access to 87, etc. then when you delve deeper it's becomes a pain.

Check in was annoying...we checked in late after a long day of driving, only to be ignored by the front desk worker who wears another hat as the bartender. He sat there, saw us standing there aimlessly, yet sat there waiting as someone was indecisive on what drink they wanted to order. I think it's smart that the hotel is trying to cut costs by having the front desk person be a bartender, but... A simple acknowledgement of my presence would have been nice. A simple... I'll be with you in a minute. We just aimlessly waited....

When we got to our room it smelled musky/damp which seemed odd for a fairly new hotel. Well I found out what that dampness was when I woke up and stepped in a nice puddle of water in front of the ac that leaked all over the floor. What was even more of an annoyance was the act that the ac an would not stay on all night. It would be on and off every30 mins, waking me up every time. There was no was to set the fan to on.

I'm sure others have/will had more luck here. After telling the front desk girl about my ac issues, she was nice enough not to charge me for my coffee

Very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Like how the rooms are designed and the hotel shuttle drops you off at the track and picks you up. Also located about 15 mins from Saratoga Springs and a great shopping mall.
