We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of September. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, staff was great, and breakfast was better than most. We knew that the neighborhood was on the tough side, and we were fine with that. However, it appears that several bottom floors are being rented out as low income housing. Apparently this practice is becoming more prevalent in the city, and we were not aware what was going on until I researched it online. I think this should be noted upfront, so guests can make informed decisions before choosing hotels.
