Everyone in staff was available anytime needed . We were too tired when we reached at the hotel however staff's care made us feel comfortable and we were in our room in 3 minutes or so. Good Job Guys!!! Keep it up.

it's located in Queens but very close to the East river so in fact it's very easy and quick to get Manhattan by subway (the station is 5 min walking) but the price is much more better then if you take the same quality room in Manhattan, so I beleive it's one of the best solutions if you visit in NYC and would like to save some money. Nive view to the Manhattan

The location was where we needed to be and there was availability, which was a problem in the area on this weekend. The hotel was full, but there was only one operational elevator. Fine for me because I do not mind the stairs, but it was a problem for those unable or unwilling to climb the stairs. We paid the extra for a suite, since it had a pull out couch for our son; however the stays on the foot that held up the mattress were broken. Rather than fix the bed, the broken stays had been placed in the bed and the pull out closed. My son, not being one to complain, simply slept on the floor.
Breakfast was fine, staff was friendly.

Room Tip: Not sure that one room is better than another. View from the front is of 21st St and the burned out Young Industry building.

It may not be the trendiest area of New York City to stay in, but I find this hotel good value, convenient for the subway (though check for weekend closures, re-routing). Excellent staff: helpful and friendly.

The BW Plaza was bright, clean, and well-run. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet. The breakfast buffet included appealing and appetizing options as well as protein like scrambled eggs and sausage. We could easily walk to the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.
