We had a lovely cup of tea here on a quiet Sunday afternoon and took home an excellent peanut butter/chocolate cupcake for later. The tea parlor is in a room at the front of the old Lockport City Hall. It is a comfortable space and is a perfect place to stop after exploring the sights of Lockport. It is located right between the Flight of Five locks and the Lockport Cave (if you walk to the left of the building you can see the Upside Down Bridge). Our server was excellent and we plan on going back for the high tea ($25 per person) one of these nice days. They also have a low tea ($15), a "Spot of Tea" ($70, and a children's tea. It is open daily from 12PM to 7PM. They serve American Classic Tea and also sell locally made Barker's Chocolates.
