This place was very crowded on the Friday night when we arrived, so I expected a fairly good meal. It was absolutely terrible. We had a long wait, which I expected, so we had a drink at the bar, but there weren't enough bartenders and it took forever to get served. Then, when we were seated for the meal, the service was very slow. The food was atrocious. The bread was this little brown loaf with the consistency of wonder bread. I had the special "Victoria" steak with blue cheese crust. The steak was tiny, with no flavor, and the crust was some kind of greenish salty stuff that did not resemble blue cheese. Two crab cakes were thin little salty things that tasted more like potato pancakes, not crab. And the "fully dressed" baked potato came with the toppings already on it, but I couldn't tell what those toppings were -- I guess the little orange strip was supposed to be cheese, the little white strip was supposed to be sour cream. It was just awful. It took 10 minutes for my husband to get ketchup for his fries, and then they brought this tiny little tub with a dollop. And, to make things worse, this place is expensive. I don't know if this place is representative of all Outbacks, but i will never go to another one.
