We went for a light dinner. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated. The food was Ok but nothing special. The service was very good. The place was noisy. We would not go out of our way to return since there are many places in the Albany area with oriental food that are much better and are a better value. Too bad - we were expecting more.

Generous portions, at a very reasonable price. Some of the items (especially the salad and veggie items) were fresh and tasty. Not thrilled with the noodles (flavor and texture) but otherwise fine.

We've only eaten at the Sushi bar, and we've enjoyed our lunch meals here on several occasions. They prepare a broiled tofu appetizer that is different and very tasty. Some other people at the sushi bar ordered an appetizer that was served in a large martini type glass and it looked terrific and will be worth a try the next time we returned. Otherwise, the sushi and sashimi is standard fare, but always fresh and prepared by a knowledgable sushi chef. Worth a visit, even though the capital district is adding more and more japanese restaurants and is perhaps reaching saturation point.

Dinner on a sleepy, rainy night in the Albany area. Like many things in Albany, this place is GOOD, not great... But TripAdvisor doesn't have a "Good" rating... there's nothing between "Average" and "Very Good." Decor and cleanliness were excellent. Staff and service level was inconsistent. Often they were disinterested (with a few exceptions). Food was, to be precise, good... not great. Cocktails were creative and well-made. Parking was easy. A little staff training, and in some cases, attitude-adjustment (at least pretend you're interested in your customers)... and this place could be great!
