Look, if you did not grow up in Lancaster and go to school there, don't bother going to Franks! The review that Judy H. from Darien gave summed it up perfectly! The owner is an arrogant pr..k. It is sorta sad because the food is good, beyond pub grub and better than many higher end restaurants in WNY. But, you will pay a lot more than your typical pub, whether its for a roast beet on weck, burger or beyond. Oh yeah, if you order any kind of sandwich you will get nothing with it!! No fries, no chips, not even a pickle! Nothing! Last time I checked, a side of fries is around $3.00, onion rings $5.79! In fairness they have a very good cod fish salad at $15.99, different and unique. I do frequent Frank's because some good friends are sorta regulars there. However, don't expect warm friendly service, expect to wait for service at the bar if you are not recognized, and pay prices much higher than most would be used to for a basically a corner gin mill with good food out weighted by attitude and a lot of pompass jerks!

Great fish fry and roast beef. If you go on a Friday go early its small and packs up quick, the seating is mostly around the bar not the best choice for little kids, prices are average .

Always high quality food. The service is always excellent. The restaurant is small and very popular. It's best to get there early especially on friday nights.

Had people in from out of town and brought them here. Great Beef on Weck and Wings - they loved it. Big portions and tasty food - been going here for many, many years and love it!
