My boyfriend and I stayed in Villa Lora for 3 nights at room no.6 which has a superb view. We can't recommend it enough, the apartment is modern and spacious with all amenities just like in your home, plentiful breakfast with eggs freshly cooked for you. Not to mentioned beautiful secluded beaches just few steps away. We will be back!

We only had one night at Villa Paulina, and it was much too short. We recommend at least three days to appreciate the coast around Brela, and it would be lovely for a week. The Dalmatian Riviera is beautiful, as lovely as many more famous Italian coastlines, like the Amalfi coast, and at least for now much less crowded.

Location: There are twin buildings, Villa Paulina and Villa Lora, and they are nestled in the pines right on the rocky shore with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic. The Villas open on to the pathway that leads into Brela to the north or Baska Voda to the south. Easy walking to either town and to the beaches. There is free parking at the Villas for cars.

Apartments and Amenities: The apartments are brand new, with very clean contemporary decor, and nice large windows to see the sea. They have a living room and dining area and full kitchen. The bedroom is separate and the bathroom is in between. Each unit has a small deck for sitting outside. The two villas have two pools, quite a special feature among Brela rentals (passerbys kept peeking in at the pools). Even though they are full self-catering apartments, the Villas provide a daily continental breakfast.

Service: We were greeted by the owner Lora who helped carry luggage downstairs and showed us around our room. She offered suggestions for where to dine in town and offered to help with whatever we needed.

Room tip: Book the sea-front rooms, not the partial views, the little additional cost is well worth the views.

This is the place to stay in Brela or in the area. Beautiful views of the Adriadic. Perfect distance from Brela to your right (5 minute walk) or Baska Voda to your left. (15 minute walk) We stayed in Villa Lora which is the twin of Villa Paulina and right next door so either B&B is a winner. Breakfast is included and was a very good way to start the day. The swimming pool is a nice touch. The property in the envy of everyone walking on the walkway between the two towns. I could not count the number of people who would walk up the steps to check out this property. It is an awesome feeling staying in a place that it this nice with such attention to detail. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa providing bed and breakfast in a gorgeous setting. Very high standard of accommodation and lots of nice little touches like robes and towels on sun beds for guests.vey friendly hosts and Brela is a must. No hesitation in recommending a stay. Very sorry to leave and would definitely return.

We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront.
Villa Paulina has only been open one year. The apartments are beautiful, well finished and have an an amazing view of the bay. Ana is a wonderful, kind helpful host, happy to help with travel arrangements and even drove us to nearby Makarska one day.
Brela is a small, once fishing village now tourist village with many apartments around the many beautiful rocky bays that are shaded by pine trees. Out of season there were only a few restaurants and cafes open, but this made it so peaceful and easy and relaxing.
Definitely recommended!

Room tip: The more expensive rooms are fabulous and offer an amazing view of the sea across the pine trees.
