Amazing is what I can describe the kind of feeling that I got when I visited this hotel. When you talk cleanliness, the place is top notch super clean, when you talk service, the waiting stuff is highly professional and super good, very happy and jolly people, they make you feel at home, no wonder their slogan is "Home away from Home". I wouldn't be doing justice if I forget to mention the food, amazing is what it is. I ordered for a Steak and I wanted it medium rare, it came with Mashed potatos and mashroom sauce, ok now my stomach is yearning for more.
The room, well this was my favourite part, the bed is just comfortable enough for all sorts of back conditions, I am no expert on mattresses but at least that's how I felt about it. Bathroom is very neat clean and tidy, water was hot all the time, and their room service was strictly on a quick response basis. I just love the place, and it is my place for whenever am in Jinja.

Amazing is what it is.

I had an opportunity of sampling the services at this hotel during one of my business trips in Uganda. I have to say that was not disappointed at all! The services provided at the hotel were out of this world; from delicacies served, room services, staff interaction with guests and a very courteous, professional, tireless and very knowledgeable Manager by the name of Juliet Ilimu who brought a new meaning to me what of customer care and satisfaction in the service industry entails.
Every time I inquired about things, she had all the answers. Her understanding of the service industry is exceptional. I remember, this one time when I was expecting my wife to join me at the hotel and was held up in business meetings and couldn't organize for a pick up. When I requested that she assists with this, she readily obliged. She went out of her way to organize a cab to pick my wife to the hotel. She even paid for the cab which I later reimbursed. The fact that a hotel staff went out of her way to organize for my wife to get to the hotel, was just humbling and very impressive. This hotel is the place to be if you are visiting Uganda. Serene environment with loving and caring people who will make you have a memorable stay at their facility. The hotel environment is very secure and with very honest and trustworthy staff. Twice while staying at the hotel, I forgot some valuables in my room while rushing out for quick meetings and unlike other hotels where one would ideally be worried after realizing they have forgotten something in their hotel rooms, at Signature, the staff always kept the valuables and handed them to me on my return. I will definitely find my way to the hotel again the next time I am in Uganda. Keep up the good work. For the management and staff of Signature Hotel, all I can say is that you have set very high standards in the service industry and I hope you maintain that! Keep doing what you doing and I can assure you that we will keep flocking that hotel until you guys will need to expand.
