We ate at the Interlaken inn on Saturday February 6. Food varied from good to great; salads were good, my filet mignon was fabulous, my husbands veal was good. The valrohna cake for dessert was delicious. Great selection of wines on half bottles. When we called to book and then change the reservation the person answering the phone was not very pleasant, unusually abrupt. We considered changing the reservation, but decided to keep it and just laugh it off if the waitstaff was rude. When we came there one of the waiters looked really grumpy... luckily we got another one who was fine (not great, but definitely OK). The location and house is pretty. The interior is OK, could be classier but is fine.
Live on upper east side in New York and eat out a lot.
