“Yes please”
Reviewed July 31, 2014

Thanks to fellow Tripadvisor travelers for the nod to this little vegetarian gem. Almost hidden in plain sight on the main street (we drove right past it twice!), this healthy, tasty place is worth looking for. The small menu changes often I'm told, but the food is fresh, interesting, and good. The food was being prepared by some lovely ladies on our visit, who took time to explain the ingredients, and clearly cared about cooking whole foods. We had substantial veggie burgers on focaccia (very dense bean-based burgers on crispy homemade bread) and a delicious kale ceasar salad. Tiny, narrow eating area, and a couple small tables outside, so we had them pack us to go, and had a picnic at the nearby John Brown Historic Site. The ladies had included a surprise complementary dessert. Yes, please!

“Vegetarian Delight”
Reviewed July 29, 2014

Healthiest place in town for lunch. Simple small space very clean in the heart of town. Food comes out fast and ideal place to order to go and eat on the lake. Gluten free, vegan or vegetarian, closes by 5pm in case you want to take back to your hotel for a light dinner before another day of activity, The daily salad/grain bowl my favorite.

“What a gem!”
Reviewed June 21, 2014 via mobile

We tried four dishes--an eggplant dip, a chickpea soup, an eggplant focaccia and a salad. All four were delicious, interestingly spiced, and somehow were both hearty and delicate at the same time. I'd love to find dishes like these closer to home.

“Such a great place in a tiny space”
Reviewed May 19, 2014

You will no doubt miss it when you are driving Main Street, but still may even when walking. But try not to. It's a tiny little place that has served up some great meals. Fresh salads with ingredients I myself wouldn't think of, and my all time favorite, when it's in season, was the butternut squash quinoa soup.

“Cute little place, wish I could have sat for a while.”
Reviewed April 19, 2014 via mobile

First off, great value here. The food was tasty but not overly spiced like done vegetarian restaurant food trends to be. There are only six or seven stools for eating in, so plan to take your food out unless you want to be squished or hurried. Overall, definitely a place I would eat again.
