My husband and I were up in the area for the weekend and wanted to do something fun on his birthday, we actually drove by this place, turned around and pulled in. We walked in and the guy that helped us was SO nice. It was 12:15 and he said they could put us in the next group at 12:45. We walked next door and got some snacks and beers to put in our cooler so we could take the cooler with us in the cooler float.
The ride was a little bumpy to the place where we went in the river but fine. Once we got there and they handed out the tubes they didn't have ours, we had ordered the deluxe tubes but they didn't have them, they felt bad and told us we would be refunded the difference. We had SO much fun. The guides were fabulous and so nice. Our only feedback is we wish it was longer! We will definitely be back and take a longer tour next time. Thanks for a great time!

Somehow, I'd thought that this would be just a lazy, relaxing float down the river -- I sort of forgot that you might have to actually try to paddle or steer a little to avoid obstacles (rocks, shallow spots, etc.) along the way. We had a good time, though: The water was pretty calm and often fairly shallow (sometimes too shallow, but at least it didn't feel scary or unsafe at all) and the staff were friendly and helpful (though listening to the bus driver's young granddaughter yelling things to us on the way there and back went from cute to ear-splittingly grating pretty fast). Overall, it was a fun adventure and a really nice way to spend an afternoon, and I'd do it again sometime.

This is a great experience for a family with older elementary age or older kids. The company is professional, the guides really look after the group . My only criticism is that the buses are not in great shape and the ride to the river is SUPER bumpy but great time.

Great customer service from all employees. Guides were awesome in making sure we could relax and have fun. Our guides had knowledge of the region and able to answer questions as we floated along. We took the four hour trip and got to swim and one guide was knowledgeable about rocks, gems and jewels so brought home free souvenirs of a piece of rose quartz & a rock with garnet veined in it. Friendly, personable and worth the trip. Great for couples or families and if a single, no problem no problem because everyone is friendly. Great for all ages and being very overweight, it wasn't an issue for me either. Going back for sure!

My 3 sisters and I had a great time this week on a 2 hour tubing trip. We are all in our 50s and had a wonderful adventure! The weather was perfect, it was a hot day and the river was refreshing! Our guides, James and Isabelle were awesome...and added to the fun!

Be sure to wear water shoes and upgrade to the deluxe tube with cup holder and head rest! We brought drinks and floated along tied together, chatting and laughing. We brought a waterproof camera and our guides took pics of the 4 of us.

We bought a Groupon and saved a lot of money, be sure to check if there's on available before you go.

(The only complaint we had were that the bathroom facilities when we returned were in need of a cleaning.)
