This past Easter weekend was my first and ONLY time i ever went upstate New York. My cousin and i and our 2 kids stayed there for 3 nights and spent the days at six flags great escape. I cannot begin to tell you in words how great the service was. The staff from house-keeping to dining room service was A-one. The place was so clean and the rooms were well kept and spacious. Loretta and the other girls at the front desk were kind, helpful and very accommodating. But my favorite person was my waitress PAIGE. Paige you are amazing and we enjoyed and appreciate how kind and fun you were. We missed our train on Sunday(no fault of ours or the hotel) and the staff was very kind and gave us vouchers for breakfast the next day. From our family to yours, I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A HIGHER SCORE. We appreciate your service and will come back to visit soon.

This holiday inn has proven itself year after year with top quality services and food. I have been going there as a local resident for lunch, dinners, business breakfasts all different times of year and it is always top notch. The updates and improvements made to the facility over the past 8years were done tastefully and with top shelf quality too. I especially love their Cesar chicken wrap for lunch,, but it is huge so take some home! Their buffet specials are a great value. The employees here tend to be full time year round professional staff which is not always the case in a high tourist area like Lake George. Their professional experience stands out!

I visit this hotel twice a year for a retreat with several other friends. We always enjoy our visit. The hotel is very nice with an outdoor fire place, indoor and outdoor pools and a beautiful view of the lake. It is also conveniently located next to all the Lake George attractions and shopping. On this particular visit, I have to say a HUGE thank you to the front desk staff. They were very helpful and accommodating with a room change that we needed.
