Best place for winter travels in the area

This is the best hotel brand in Lake George -- and it doesn't "ruin" the village -- and they keep improving! After a day of winter activities, great place to relax and stay in -- good -- and improving -- restaurant and nice bar with great bartenders!

Room tip: Get any room facing the lake -- they are all great!

The best of the best!

My husband, children and I have been going to this hotel for the past 20 years during the summer. Now they are grown and we have the pleasure of going solo with hubby during Fall Foliage! The Holiday Inn has done major renos over the years, and now is a beautiful resort. I have to say, I have never had an issue width 8 oh nhotel. I am very particular, p IT is clean, staff is very accommodating, food is great, and The Lake George Dinner Theatre has some great shows! I would not go anywhere else!

Holiday

I love our visit to Lake George so much that we return twice with the church family. The sites, the history of the place, it is a site to see. We enjoyed the boat adventure, the restaurants, my family will always consider Lake George a place for our vacation.

winter carnival weekend

its always a great experience there. your greeted with a smile when you arrive to check in. smooth check in and friendly staff. the rooms are clean and updated. pool and hot tub (awesome). great food and again the staff is the best. definitely the place to stay!!

Nice

Stop here while passing through town. The place is very clean the staff is very helpful and the prices were reasonable during the off-season. The restaurant was also very good . I would not hesitate to return to this wonderful location.
