We had had a late lunch so I had a light dinner of clams casino (very good) and a caesar salad which was very different and delicious. My husband had linguine and meatballs and said the meatballs and sauce were excellent. We were staying at the Georgian and had breakfast there both mornings. The first morning was table service and I had a good standard breakast (eggs, bacon, home fries, toast) with the addition of a sweet pastry which I gave to my husband. He said it was quite good. The next morning was a buffet (2 busloads of visitors) which had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereals, toast, muffins and sweet pastry. All very good. Service at both dinner and breakfast was good. As we were at the hotel in the off season, we found very few restaurants down town are open, especially early in the week. We did go to another restaurant the second night we were at Lake George but would have been quite happy eating at the Georgian again.
