“If your not used to hiking but want to do something different .......”

Wow. we are not really ones for going for walks but glad we did this. There is a walk along the edge of the chasm which is safe but definitely not for people who have a fear of heights. It was a gently half an hour walk to the dinghy, where a guide is waiting to take you through a narrow part of gauge and a gently ride through a small amount of rapids (depending of time of year). A bus picks you up and takes you back to your car if you don't want to walk back through the Chasm.

“Beautiful Place”

Very nice place, lots of natural beauty. Make sure you get there early, parking might be a problem and long lines for rafting. If you are going tubing, wait is not bad at all.

My wife and I visited this attraction in late August. What a fantastic morning. Excellent pictures. beautiful views, and a fun time, including the brief river ride... This was a great way to spend a few hours on a nice day

“Great view”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2013

We came here after Columbus day so the trolleys were not running anymore. We didn't have much time so we went to se the waterfall from the bridge. It was beautiful, and we promised ourselves that we'll come back and take a trail into the chasm.

“What A View”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2013

If your into rock formations and waterfalls and nature in general, this attraction is well worth the money. Our visit was in mid October and we were glad it was a little cool as we were warm on the return, just something to keep in mind. I'm normally cynical when it comes to these type attractions but felt it was worth the $36.00 (two adults). The trail which parallels the water is an easy walk with formidable overlooks all along the way, a camera is a must. These falls are identified as the most photographed in the U.S, particularly Rainbow Falls. The trees along the way are also identified. The round trip is four miles so bring your walking shoes.
