Although decor is attractive, place is pretentious.Waiter didn't have a clue about much. She brought the wrong wine (she brought white, we ordered red), then disappeared though restaurant was mostly empty. Had to ask busboy to get her to return. Menu unclear about pricing. And--the dumplings, a special that night, don't compare to Manhattan dumplings. Overall, would not recommend. BTW, don't expect tea served automatically--one is asked at the end of the meal whether you want tea (presumably at an additional charge).
