Stayed on a Saturday before flying out to Dominican Republic. Nice hotel, close to JFK took us less than 10 minutes to drive to airport. Got there around 4pm and it was very quite with no lines, it gets really busy after 6pm with layover travelers.
Had an executive level room which included access to the lounge, was told when I booked the room that it would be open Saturday night serving food, it was not and all the front desk would do is throw you a coupon for a free appetizer.

Didn't make up for the extra cost. Had several coworkers staying and they were told the same thing with the same results. So this must be their policy to screw weekend travelers and just throw them a $10 bone when you complain. They did say it would be open for breakfast but not till six am and we were out at 5am. Nice scam on their part but not what I expect from hilton.

They should have refunded us the difference.

The room was nice and clean and we ate at the bar/lounge and the service was good until it got busy. Their excuse was they were down one cook but it seemed short staffed on waitstaff as well.

Overnight parking was easy but plan on spending $18.

All in all nice but don't book executive level on the weekend, unlike Sheraton that has their's open on the weekend, Hilton jfk is just scamming you for the higher room rate.

I stay here quite a bit for business. Dana is usually there and provides nothing but exceptional service. This was quite evident when the place was full because of Hurricane Sandy. She was able to attend to everyone and still with a smile. Thank you Dana!! I look forward to seeing you on my next trip.

i spent 2 nights at the hotel Jan 23-25. beware all rooms do not have a tub. heat vents are very noisy. gym is small but comfortable. i had to request stopper for bathtub each night. bathtubs do not have rubber mats . the exec lounge is not Hilton quality for evenings, only 1 selection daily and the breakfast offers no hot food. the hotel was busy and the service in the restaurant slow but the bakes mac and cheese is worth the wait. the room was clean and the bed comfortable and the shuttle will drop you at the terminals. i did not have to wait for shuttle pickup at federal circle even though the air train was not working. overall the staff was pleasant especially the lady bartender who always called me by name. i am rating poor because i have stayed at much better hilton property. although the food quality is good it is expensive but it's NY

Stayed a night there.Very efficient pick up and drop off service at airport.Very very courteous front desk,Good rooms.But air conditioning unit was noisy. Could not sleep.Did not complain as i was there for one night for next day connecting international flight,

It is a good place if you need to go to jfk, we had a flight back home and we had to get up early for the flight and this is the best location for jfk passengers! The bus took us right to terminal 5 from jetblue! The rooms are modern , the room service food was great and the staff were friendly.

Wish i could come back to this hotel.
