The Hilton Garden Inn is one of our favorites. The shuttle drivers are friendly and professional and the ride is very short from the Federal Circle shuttle pick up point. The customer contact representatives at the JFK Garden Inn réception are supercool as are the restaurant staff!

The front desk staff were extremely helpful at check-in. And friendly bowl check in and check out. The airport shuttle could not have been more problem free. This was a stay being paid for by one of the airlines due to a missed flight. Even though all rooms had already been used, the front desk ensured that we had a place to stay

The level of traffic noise in room 602 was appalling and we had a sleepless night. The restaurant was very busy, and the nice waiter was at the end of his tether. We waited 45 minutes for our food and then one meal was cold.

The hotel is clean and very basic-but very convenient for leaving your car as van service is excellent, and they have your car waiting when you get back. If flying out of JFK and leaving car this is a really good option-as not many great hotels near JFK.
