I have been twice in this hotel for the location(airport). It is a great hotel, clean, the service is great and the staff as well. I used the airport shuttle, it was on time and the drivers were very courteous.

This hotel is close to JFK, has an airport shuttle every 30 minutes, friendly staff, and restaurant on site.
I recommend the steak sandwich.
Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean.
Staff was accomodating and engaging.
I would stay here again.

This stay was for our mother's 90th Birthday Celebration. She had lived in Queens and the Hilton Garden Inn was not far from the senior center where the event would take place. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was so understanding of time issues, and allowed us an extended period for our room accommodations. Thank-you!

Front desk was as unwelcoming as it gets, she acted like I just invaded her per personal bedroom. Room 422 smelled of wet carpet, mildew and piss. Half a bottle of perfume to cover it up. Bathtub did not drain. This is just awful.

hotel is dated, bedding appeared unclean, expensive for quality plus extra cost for parking and breakfast even for Hilton honors. Front desk unfriendly and unhelpful, sounded annoyed when I called for an extra blanket and never brought it
