Fantastic hotel. Amazing service from all staff. close to the airport so it was a great choice for our over night stay in New York. The rooms were also great and no noise. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Very friendly staff especially Junior he was so friendly and helpful!!!
Room was clean and I feel very safe..coffee all day and night
Room service...very nice shower..And again Junior went above and beyond
To make us feel welcome

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant's food was great. The airport transportation was efficient. The hotel was clean & the gym was a very nice size. Overall great experience. Thank you! Will highly recommend.

Extremely convenient location of this Hotel makes it good for early departures from JFK. The Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the restaurant inside is good. Easy access to public transportation to get in and out of NY/Manhattan.

We stayed here one night on a trip from Europe to LA. It was fine for an overnight airport stay. The room was clean and spacious (although for some reason they gave us a handicap-accessible room). It was very quiet even though it was next to the airport and a freeway. Dinner at the restaurant was fine. The menu is limited, but the food was good. At breakfast, we encountered a waitress who was very unpleasant, even hostile, but the food was good. Some of the staff seemed inexperienced, but they were all helpful and friendly (except for the above waitress). The shuttle to the airport runs every half-hour. Airport pickup is at Federal Circle (a stop on the Air Train), but it drops you off at your terminal from the hotel. Very convenient.

Thank you for posting your comments via Trip Advisor. I am glad you enjoyed your room, we do have many handicapped rooms that are not always needed. These rooms are a bit more spacious and comfortable for all guests. I would like to hear more about the waitress. I do apologize you had a negative experience with the breakfast waitress.
