The check in was perfect in spite of the late arrival. Appreciated the speed of check-in and the close proximity of the Continental Breakfast. Room was pleasantly quieter than expected. Great shuttle.

Everything about this hotel was fine for an overnight between flights. Convenient to the airport, quick shuttle to/from the airport, easy check-in, good breakfast with a great automatic pancake-making machine (yes, pancake), clean room, very comfortable bed and pillow.

First, let me say "tip of the cap" to Tiffany at the front desk! She was most helpful with answering questions, getting a quote from "The Parking Spot", printing boarding passes and giving directions. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, but Tiffany took it to another level. I was apprehensive about staying in the area around JFK but found it to be quite safe. Rooms are a bit on the smallish side but are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I will stay here again when I travel through JFK.

Room Tip: Fourth Floor non smoking King on backside corner is very quiet.

The rooms are small but equipped with all that is needed for an overnight stay. The front desk staff were helpful, despite our late night check in, and the 24 hour coffee machine in the breakfast place was very welcome. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport terminals was very welcome .

Savi at the reception desk was the most helpful, patient and kind. I appreciated all her help.
She was wonderful. She gave me advice on using my new Iphone and helped me program numbers that I needed before we left on our trip the next day.
We also got good advice on how to get to the city and get back. The hotel was wonderful for our one night stay before flying out the next day.

This Best Western, a Holiday Inn Express and a Comfort Inn are all nestled together near JFK Airport, I have stayed in the Holiday Inn and the rooms there and at the Best Western are indistinguishable.

This hotel is a good value for a one night stay for a next day flight. I cannot imagine why anyone would pay twice the rate at the nearby Hilton or Mariott. The rooms are small, but well appointed with bed, reading lights, desk and large flat screen TV. The bathrooms are spacious.
There is free WIFi w/ no password. Excellent. The "upscale hotels" will charge 5-10$ extra for wifi! The breakfast is the usual chain hotel fare..with the added touch of pancake and waffle maker..If you're there for an early morning flight..you don't notice what you eat.. There is shuttle service, but we had our car (there is onsite parking) and headed to Long Term Parking..

If you need dinner, the hotel offers extensive take-out menus, but we opted for a 10 minute drive along Conduit Avenue (belt Parkway Service Road) to the Green Acres Mall and found a Fridays..there is also an Applebees and the usual food court, and I am sure many other options, it's a huge mall. But if you don't like traffic and noise, you might prefer ordering in..
