I work for an airline, and use the same hotels and this being one of them. This was our 2nd time using this for an event, and we had some issues checking in. They could not find our reservations but thankfully they had available space. We had to wait about 1 hour for them to book 3 rooms, and get things together. The manager was very kind and helpful as was Mirely at the front desk. My sales contact was Zaida, and she more then made up for the issues we had during checkout, and with our meeting space. We will use this hotel again.

On Oct 12,2013, this hotel left 70+ of us stranded because the "switched systems" when Radisson took over. Our reservations were made online through Hotels.com but it didn't matter, our reservations along with the rest of many others (77+) were not honored. We slept in the lobby, no place to stay, everything was sold out in the area. No help, no assistance whatsoever, no concern, terrible management, we were all exhausted and furious. We have pictures of the chaos and will send directly to corporate for their review. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had stop in New York at JFK and decided to stay the night.
I booked a room at Radisson JFK. The Front Desk Staff was friendly and I my check in was fast.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as I am a light sleeper.
I had the breakfast buffet and it was very good, with lots of variety of items.
I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

We a nice hotel and welcoming from the front desk clerk. The service was completely friendly
( they brought us a toothbrush and toothpaste at 12 a.m.) Breakfast was awesome at a fair price.
The hotel atmosphere made us so comfortable and added to our experience. I highly recommend
this hotel.

The service is unremarkable from the point upon arrival to the point of checkout!! Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I came across in a hotel. The facilities at the hotel were impressive and the breakfast was the best breakfast I have had with great fruit and a quality selection of other food.I wish I had stayed longer at the hotel and would definitely go back!I really did enjoy my stay and cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff.

Had to come into town for a quick trip love the location. Front office staff was very welcoming. Great breakfast super friendly servers. A very quick ride back to the airport. Will definitely be coming back when I return to the Big Apple.

Quick shuttle drive from the airport to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly upon check-in, the restaurant very convenient for breakfast and dinner and the room was spacious and nice. I will definitely return.
