My husband and I have stayed at over 200 different inns and historic hotels in North America since 1990. We started visiting the William Henry Miller Inn four years ago when our son began his undergraduate studies at Cornell. Throughout these four years, we have been loyal fans and have stayed at this inn at least a dozen times. The innkeeper and her staff have always made our visit special and the breakfast and evening treats are always different each time and outstanding... The best breakfast of our 200 inn stays!! We would highly recommend this inn. Hope you can get a room at THE INN!

We stayed at the William Henry Miller Inn while searching for real estate in the area. Lynnette was great at providing information and directions to local attractions. The inn is gorgeous, the breakfasts wonderful and the location is perfect...just 2 blocks from the commons, with restaurants and shopping. We definitely give this one two thumbs up!

The location, accomodations and especially the hospitality are all great. Lynette, the innkeeper, has a special 'knack' to inform, assist and make your visit a most comfortable one. While there, she acts as concierge to help plan your stay and side trips while around Ithaca be it wine tasting, college related or other area leisure pursuits. Breakfast was gourmet to say the least--absolutely scuptious to be a little more clear about it! This B&B is top shelf all the way around.-------JeffofTampa

Staying at the William Henry Miller Inn was a truly wonderful experience. Lynnette, the Innkeeper, is so well suited to her job. She is a wealth of knowledge about the area and has a great eye for attention to even the smallest details. The Inn has been lovingly and beautifully renovated and appointed. The rooms are large and each has its own bath. Breakfast as well as evening dessert is fantastic! Need something ironed? Lynnette will see to it that it is taken care of for you. She is the "hostess with the mostess" and very gracious. The location is downtown Ithaca so you aren't far from Cornell or Ithaca Colleges. Travel to all of the outstanding natural attractions the area has to offer is an easy drive. Be sure to go to the Herbert Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell (fifth floor) for the most spectacular view of the lake and surrounding areas. While there, cross the street and check out one of the many gorges in the area. The Inn is very popular so make reservations well ahead of time. This was a GREAT experience.

What an experience. By far the most friendly, responsive and accomodating lodging experience my partner and I have ever had either as a couple or separately. The property is gorgeous, well-maintained, well decorated and tremendously comfortable. The breakfasts are culinary delights and the evening dessert menu a fantastic finish to a full day. Lynette, the innkeeper should be proud of her inn, her staff and the amazing experience they offer. The pricing is very fair and well worth the time to book should anyone ever go to Ithaca. I plan on returning there as often as I possibly can.

We just returned from a wonderful stay in upstate New York with a two night stay at the William Henry Miller Inn.

Lynnette the Innkeeper was a dream. The attention to detail for our entire stay was above and beyond all expectations.

In correspondence before our stay, we asked for vegan breakfasts and were treated to the best gourmet food ever!!
The chef prepared tofu scramble one day and crepes the next with homemade cranberry bread, fresh fruit juice, and coffee with soy cream.

Ithaca is a wonderful town with plenty to see and do. Lynnette will share her knowledge of the area with tips, directions, and local history that makes any trip the best it can be.

All in all, the William Henry Miller Inn is not only a beautiful place to stay; it has some of the best food I’ve tasted and is run by the nicest folks around!

Five stars!

We loved this inn! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ithaca. The breakfast and desserts were delicious. My wife has food allergies that the innkeeper Lynette accommodated wonderfully. The house itself is beatifully restored and maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and homey. We will definitely return!
