“Classic green market experience”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

This a must go! All green markets should be like this one. Great for families, couples, friends. There's live music down by the water. Great food stands that are always worth the wait. Local vineyards and farmers, crafters and jewelers. Everytime I'm in Ithaca, I never miss the market.

“Small, but mighty”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

This is a small farmers market with a lot of options for snacks and desserts! Small might be what you're looking for when popping in to grab an item or two, but it's not a destination to spend hours walking around in. Delicious breakfast and lunch foods- burritos, fish and chips, and gyros were noted. I tried to sample ALL of the desserts - yum! Cupcakes, cookies, and the best was the homemade ice cream!

“A Must See Stop on Weekends”
Reviewed October 15, 2013

We never miss a chance to wander through the Farmer's Market when we're in Ithaca on a weekend. Gorgeous fresh produce, crafts, breads, foods, wines, and a good place to buy quirky gifts. Free parking is available on the premises, but you might have to wait for a space. It's worth it.

“Life at its Best.”
Reviewed October 12, 2013

I am always amazed when I get to Ithaca and visit this wonderful farmers market. So many booths of wonderful organic vegetables and wonderful food and smells. The view of the lake and the entertainment just adds to the atmosphere. Love the variety of foods, flowers, wines and the friendliness of the vendors.

“Wowsa!”
Reviewed October 7, 2013

Wonderful gem of a market. Eclectic mix of foods, crafts and a bit of what not. Delicious funky meals available from all corners of the globe. You can take a tour of Cayuga Lake from the dock at the foot of the market (you can even come by boat if you desire). Frame any scene and it could be the cover of a book! My only complaint is that prices are a bit steep. The market here in my town is bigger (more farmers and actual produce) and less expensive but quality here is extraordinary.
