The room smelled like mildew and sweaty tennis shoes, there was sand in between the sheets, no linens for the pull-out bed, the staff could have cared less about any of it. There was only one small window and the lighting in the room cast a very dingy glow so that the room (in addition to smelling terrible) appears old and stale. Also, the toilet paper was wet abnd there were not very many channels to watch. Very very disappointing!

Airport shuttle came within a reasonable time. Driver and check in staff excellent. Room had noise from the road which annoyed us all night. Shower was firm and excellent.
Food at breakfast was mediocre.

staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. continue to interact with the clients to give a personal touch to our experiences at this hotel. waiting area is very clean. the staff is attentive and courteous.

This hotel is okay for what it is, which is why I gave it a decent rating. We have stayed here (and reviewed this hotel) a number of times over the past few years, and have always been satisfied. However, this time I was quite disappointed since we were staying here for the first 2 days of Passover. They apparently did not think it was necessary to have even one box of matzoh on hand for their breakfast to accommodate any Jewish guests that might be staying there, and I consider this to be a serious oversight on their part. I would not expect them to make any other changes or additions to the breakfast buffet, but this is one simple item they should have been aware of and addressed.

Had a short 2 night business trip. I was checked in and had my room key in under 5 minutes. The room was pristine and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi very fast. The only downside there is no Bar or Sundries shop. There are lots of delivery options via DoorDash or Uber Eats though. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
