Great hotel with excellent service. When you stay at this Marriott the make you feel right at home. The entire staff is warm and friendly. If you get a chance to dine make sure you ask for Camille and you won't be disappointed. She not only provides great service but she makes you feel special. Great hotel.

Stay was up to Marriott standards. The check in went very smooth and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thing that sets them apart from most other hotels was the great bar service. I would especially like to compliment the bar tender, Mel. She was very friendly and really knew how to make conversation while serving great drinks. Thanks for a great evening.

Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the past few months, putting up with all the things you can read in other reviews and yet I still come back. Why? Because the key staff are impressive and provide unparalleled service. From the weekday evening staff at the bar, John and Jasmine, to the evening concierge staff, Marge, you feel from the very first time that you are welcome and appreciated. When it comes down to the bottom line, they really make all the difference. There has been a lot of turnover in the staff but if Marriott management were smart, they would use these individuals to teach new staff how to do it right.

You will get treated there as royalty. The greeting team meet you once you enter. The front desk with Michael have you feel home. An if you are a Gold or Platinum member you will get access to Concierge Level, where at night Margie is going to feel not only welcomed but make your stay as close as home; the morning crew Arzu with her partner will do the same what Margie does at night with Solana. Because of Margie and the crew like he, I am choosing to stay at this hotel weekly. Rooms are spotless and cleaning crew is very good.
You are located in the middle of Long Island and not far away from Tanger Outlets.

Van service, reliable. Rooms, comfortable, clean. Up to Marriott standards.
Food and service outstanding.
John, Jasmine and Charlie in the bar/ lounge were very welcoming/ attentive. The menu and menu specials were far above the normal hotel venue. Chef Mohammed in the kitchen is doing a superb job. I enjoyed a wonderfully fresh Cobb Salad and my friend ordered one of his specials, tempura shrimp. She devoured it. Thx for a pleasant stay!
