I found "A stones throw" on a google search, my husband and I had never been to the wine trail and wanted to spend a weekend there for our anniversary, after days and days of searching looking for the perfect place to stay, I finally called Gina at "a stones throw" she was so helpful and informative in telling me what was close by and what to expect, so we decided to book our stay with them! Upon arrival we were greater with a warm hello and she showed us to our room, which was IMACULATELY clean, I mean clean!!! To be able to walk across a hard wood floor in white socks and our socks were still white! We stayed in "good love" the boudoir dressing area was a lot of fun, the antique, rustic feel was perfect for the area! She had home made biscotti next to the coffee station, that was to die for! She gave is a binder of local restaurants for us to look through and was very helpful! The breakfast was served "fine dining style" with a pallet cleanser and all! And freshly prepared in the kitchen as we slept! I can not say enough good things about this place!! Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable and pleasant!!!
Thank you both

This was our first trip to a B&B and like many others who stopped at A Stone's Throw, we have to say it was wonderful. The rooms are just as beautiful as the pictures show, and Gina and Tony make you feel like you are part of their family. We highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax in a comfortable and laid back atmosphere!

My partner and I and another couple just spent 3 outstanding nights at A Stone's Throw B & B in Interlaken, NY. Gina and Tony were wonderful hosts and made the most wonderful breakfasts every morning. The location of the B & B was centrally located between many beautiful wineries and parks with beautiful waterfalls. It was just a wonderful, relaxing time.
The rooms are beautiful and cozy with comfortable beds and wonderful coffee and cookies. There is so much to see and to do in that area and we will have to go back in the Spring and definitely stay at a Stones Throw when we do go back. Thanks to Gina and Tony from Tom, Patty, Michael and Janine for a wonderful weekend in the Finger Lakes.

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful and quiet, but the best I think is ( A Beautiful Life)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our room was very nice and well worth the extra money. Breakfast was good, though I do wish we had a little longer/later time for breakfast so we could sleep in a bit. The hostess was very friendly. The grounds were lovely. Great location bet. Cayuga and Seneca lakes!

This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes region, and we are so happy that we chose to stay at A Stone's Throw B&B. The hosts, Tony & Gina, are very welcoming and helpful and they have created a beautiful B&B in which much attention is paid to every detail, and their efforts truly show. It is very well maintained and beautifully decorated and everything is coordinated and very clean. Our room, La Buon' Amore, was very pretty and the antique furniture was perfectly placed and created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the bed was so comfortable. Much of the breakfast ingredients are locally sourced and Tony's cooking and Gina's baking made it impossible for us to choose our favorite dish. It was all delicious, as was the coffee and biscotti that are available anytime. The location of the B&B in between Lakes Cayuga and Seneca make it literally a stone's throw to many of the Finger Lakes' attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend this B&B, and we look forward to a return visit.

Room Tip: You can't go wrong with any of the four rooms. They each have their own charm.

We met up with another couple and it was truly lovely, inviting, and warm. Tony and Gina were right there to welcome and they obviously enjoy what they do. None of us wanted to leave after just one night. The bed was very comfortable and the room, though it did face the road, was quiet. The breakfast was superb (as were the fresh biscotti in the evening). The house with its wrap around porch, the grounds with the gardens and fruit trees and a countryside view, all was wonderful. Just about all of what we hope to find in a B&B. Next time to the Finger Lakes, we will look no further.

Room Tip: La Buon Amore for the jacuzzi tub, if you like that kind of thing

We do not live far from the Finger Lakes region,we visit at least 3 of the 4 seasons. We often stay at B&Bs wherever we go. The Stone's Throw is the best! It is a very well maintained house, with lovely decor and amenities to make each room comfortable for you AND those wonderful-not just eggs and pancakes-breakfasts offered by friendly, thoughtful hosts, made you feel special. The house is situated perfectly to enjoy the most of the two big lakes. Lots of outdoors to explore including perfect star gazing.
We appreciated Tony and Gina's knowledge and support of the local establishments, wineries and farm markets. Amidst all the beautiful scenery in the area this place was a gem. The Hosts are nice people who truly seem to want to please their guests. Success! We will be going back.
