Gina and Tony are delightful hosts. The rooms are pleasant with many thoughtful touches. The food was marvelous, from the homemade biscotti and breads, to the frittatas, french bread stuffed with fresh peaches and Neufchatel cheese, eggs with fresh herbs and oh, did I mention the biscotti? Thank you for making this a memorable trip!

We just returned from our vacation at A Stone's Throw B&B and had a wonderful experience. It is hands down the best B&B I have ever been to. We enjoyed Tony's wonderful breakfast out on the beutiful porch both mornings. Gina and Tony really do everything they can to make your vacation relaxful.

We initially chose A Stone's Throw for its location, but instead we got so much more. Needless to say, it's in a great location. Both the Seneca and Cayuga wine trails, Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, and Ithaca are all within 15 minutes to 1/2 hour away. Best of all, their breakfast! You really don't need an alarm clock to wake you up each morning. The aromas from Gina's baking and Tony's cooking will entice you get up naturally. We were there for 4 days and all the breakfast we had were DELICIOUS! Between the home-cooked food, the fresh picked fruits, herbs, and flowers to the décor in our room, A Stone's Throw truly felt like "our home away from home". A BIG "Thank You" to Tony & Gina for their warm hospitality. We look forward to our next visit.

For the second year my husband and I stayed at A Stones Throw after business in Rochester/Canandaigua. Gina and Tony made our stays a perfect respite after busy days. We relaxed in their inviting yard and wraparound porch with beautiful gardens and fruit trees. Our breakfasts were gourmet served in an inviting, sunny room or on the porch. The rooms are impeccable down to the last details of lavender hand lotion and chamomile shampoo. Gina and Tony treat you like family and are very helpful with information about the wineries, restaurants, and activities on the Seneca/ Cayuga Lakes. You couldn't pick a better place to vacation or relax!

Room Tip: The Amore room is truly for lovers!

We recently stayed at A Stone's Throw for six days. It was fabulous - Gina and Tony are an excellent team and make everyone feel both welcome and comfortable. We stayed in the smallest room at the Inn and it was cozy, but very comfortable. Tony's breakfasts are fabulous - French toast stuffed with Neufchâtel cheese and fresh peaches, summer squash frittata, etc. And Gina always has fresh baked cookies in the kitchen (loved the biscotti - she even gave us some for the road). The inn itself is beautiful, with plenty of common areas for relaxing (favorite spot - that incredible porch!) Finally, the location was perfect - easy ride to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Geneva and Seneca Falls. We will definitely stay again.

Set in a beautiful scene neighboring an enormous quiet field, and sitting on gorgeous grounds with colorful gardens and serene sitting areas, A Stones Throw is a beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Tony's incredible and imaginative cooking and Gina's warmth and hospitailty set us at ease as soon as we arrived. We stayed in the La Vita e Bella room during our honeymoon. It was more than we could have asked for! The spacious room left us feel feeling relaxed unlike some of the more cramped BnBs we have stayed in with smaller rooms. Tony and Gina were great hosts and were able to reccommend lots of wineries and other adventures in the area for our escape to the Finger Lakes. When we weren't hiding away in our room or out seeing all of the sights, the huge wrap around porch and gardens were great for sitting together and reading a book or just relaxing. What a great start to married life! We will definitely be coming back when we need to get away.
