We live in this area and refer to Huntington & it's neighbor, the charming Northport, as "Planet Eisenhouer". Everywhere you turn are relics of the past. Munday's is one of those best relics. It's been there forever ... everyone who grew up in this area, grew up going here. Food is decent. Not gourmet fare by any means ... but OK. The waitstaff is very classic diner waitresses.... wisecracking and charming. Service is fairly speedy. The place looks a little down at the heels (that just makes is more genuine) and doesn't look like it's very clean ... but it's really the atmosphere you soak up when you come here. Food is just above average.
