Overall, I highly recommend staying at Scribner's Lodge! Really cozy hotel near some great hiking trails.
-S'mores provided for the fire which is lit every day at 5pm! We stayed 2 nights and were only supplied enough for 1 night. A suggestion would be to provide for each night you are there.
-Awesome room with great shower and nice bath supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
-The lobby/common area is actually a place you want to hang out. There is a great fireplace, games, and plenty of room to relax with chill music
-Great views on the back porch!
-The front desk was helpful in offering some local recommendations
-Water station available for refills of water
- I was surprised that the hotel is right off a main highway. I was expecting it to be set back in the woods. Not a deal breaker by any means but something to consider
-Food at the Prospect was awesome but the service was lacking. Like other reviews, if you plan to eat here you shouldn't be in a rush
-Coffee is available at the restaurant, but in the cooler months it would have been nice if there was a Kuerig or coffee maker or hot chocolate station available in the common areaMore
- Free Parking
- Breakfast included
