Breakfast here is a buffet that is standard fare, but has good food, very good coffee.
The only problem is that it opens so late--one would think for a ski resort it would open earlier for breakfast. The first day of skiing, when we have to rent our equipment and drop the kids off at ski school, our kids are unable to get breakfast here (in the condo we made breakfast, when we stayed at the hotel lodge they ate muffins before their skiing lessons).
I liked the Apple Pecan salad with added grilled chicken for lunch. The roasted red pepper soup had no flavor. We like to eat out for dinner, so being able to get a great tasting salad for lunch is always nice.
The gluten-free designations on the menu is always a huge plus for my family.
