I've heard a lot about Simon's and after our recent trips to Mt Fuji, we decided we needed to try out the competition. Overall, it was a pretty good meal - my first impression was that it was somewhat dirty (the floor was sticky) but dining area and service was pretty good. The hibachi chef was very engaging. He smiled and cracked jokes and seemed very comfortable in his role. The food was pretty good - no complaints at all and the waitresses were always nearby to refill drinks. I thought the prices were slightly better than Mt Fuji.
