3 of us shared the mixed starter, which was presented on a rustic platter, very well garnished and prettily displayed and every single item was delicious. The main courses arrived and again we were pretty stunned. I had chosen the pork and was amazed to find a whole ham hock - perfectly cooked as the meat fell away from the bone as soon as my fork touched it. the only slight disappointment was that the desserts did not quite live up to the first 2 courses - they were nice, but not as special as the first 2 courses. We had a couple of bottles of a lovely Sauvignon Blanc which was also very nice.
