I checked into my hotel on March 7,2014. There was nobody to help with my luggage to the reception through the stairs door where there is no ramp. They asked me for a deposit if I want to use the TV. Who in this and age does this?
I checked into the room which was old and smelly. The towels for OLD and dirty with fresh stains on them. I asked for new set and for hours they were not delivered. I opened up my bedding and saw STAINS all over. You didn't even need ultra-violet lights to see the nasty. I called for housekeeper and they sent me the maintenance guy. He looked at the sheets and rolled his eyes in disgust. He offered me a new room which I took it.
I checked into the new room and it wasn't seconds that they guy left I found a HUGE COCKROACH on the bathroom floor. It was that point that I ran out of the room and went to the "buisness center" to use the computers to find a new place to stay.
None of the computers from 30 years ago were working. The room was so filthy I was scared of even touching anything.
I was a single woman traveler without a cellphone and imagine my situation at that point. I ran out at 9:00 PM and hailed down a cab, jumped in and went to the first reputable hotel on the way, Hilton.
I got there shaking and crying . . .
Making it short, this hotel must be shut down and any company which is promoting this hotel must cut its ties with it, including Orbitz through which I reserved my hotel.
