Amazing service, perfect food and super cool interior! The visit was by coincidence and it turned out as a great surprise!

One of my Mexican colleagues suggested the restaurant and it did not disappoint! The guacamole was the best I have ever had (there are 4 guacamoles on the back of the menu), and I had a very tender beef dish as the main course. The service was great and it was quite an enjoyable dinner in Old Town Queretaro!

Eating here was a great experience on all sorts of levels. Upon arrival, the decoration will certainly catch your eye. Its definitely worth ordering one of the guacamole dishes to share from the back page of the menu with the "ranchero" being our favourite (nobody was brave enough to try the fried grasshopper). The guacamole dishes are prepared at table adding a little theatre to proceedings. Servings of main courses are generous, tasty and well presented and the service was excellent. A constant (and unnecessary) stream of fresh tortillas was bought to the table. This is also a relatively inexpensive location. Well worth a visit if you are in the historic centre.

The atmosphere is very upbeat and the broken pottery that adorns the walls is very bright and cheerful. Inside the artwork and interior was also very fun. The restaurant is housed in a mansion and is filled with color. The margaritas were very large and delicious. Dinner was very tasty and authentic. The handmade guacamole was made tableside and served with warmed tortillas. The soups were very flavorful and ample. The tacos were excellent and diverse.

The decor was okay....but food isn't authentic Mexican food and is not worth your money...The waiter wasn't polite and had to wait over 40 mins for our food when the restaurant was basically empty at 3:00pm
