I never understood wildlife conservation, appreciated bird watching and enjoyed hippo-orchestra.
That changed at Luangwa Wilderness Lodge, driven and led by Chris and Tony.
I came to South Africa dreaming of leopard skin, now I sink in guilt touching leather.
I enjoyed the great outdoors observing nature, taking things slow and easy, no electricity, no phone, no internet, no tv, no radio, no newspapers. It was weird on the first day, but enjoyed the absence of these daily distractions.
Close to glam-camping in the elevated tents, comfortable beds, canvas zipped down (with the net still on), sit-down toilets, HOT SHOWER!
