Quaint Italian restaurant with decent food at reasonable prices. The mussels in lemon butter appetizer was excellent. We really enjoyed the chicken francese and chicken Marsala. Service was quick and friendly. We will go there again when we're back in Hornell.

Enjoyed a very fine dinner this past weekend. Our main courses were full of flavor and just delicious. Wine selection was above par and we enjoyed fresh salads and bread that was moist and smelled delightful. Highly recommend this gem.

So we were just out for a drive from the Corning NY area. We ended up in Hornell...rolled down our windows and asked a local where to eat. He said Marino"s. We were seated right away..in the bar area...busy night 7:30ish..very loud ! Decent beer and wine list...some local. I ordered baby clams...and my wife ordered onion soup. The clams were yummy...I asked for bread to mop up the buttery garlic broth..bread was Italian wonder bread..not my fav...onion soup was goo...I got a NY Strip and broiled shrimp...very good..cooked well...wife got Chix Francaise...she enjoyed that...only complaint...you gotta cut the asparagus dudes...you don't serve the whole stalk unless you are going to peel them

Our friends from out of town decided to go there, because it was close by to where we live. It was Alfred College graduation, so the restaurant was packed. It was packed with people. The meals and service were good, but I had the parm spaghetti and the sauce was okay. The big chocolate cake was delicious. The waitress told us to basically leave after we paid, because they were so busy, that they needed our seats. We hadn't seen our friends in a while, so we didn't have a lot of time to talk and felt our dinner was rushed.
