Some of receptionists could not understand our comments or requests in English. They need always any translators. In some case, they cheat us such as time to be provided any service, laundry and so on. Also in term of dinner, this was also so limited with unreasonable price. We had almost no choice and they could not understand English also and so on. Electric power shut down very frequently. It was happened once an hour for example. If we do not need to take care about it, it could be OK.
NY EVE was also so terrible until tomorrow “Morning” regarding noise. This was coming from neighbored houses.
However beach was nice. Nobody was there because of private beach?. Especially if somebody wanted to see sunset time, here is one of best place which I conserved.. In that case, the weather much be fine, of course.

Room Tip: Rainy season should be prevented. You do not need to stay “Bungalow type” due to pricewise.

According to the hotel guide, hotel owner is a designer, so room decoration and hotel appearance is good. However service is not enough and there is few open information. Information is provided only when people asked. Food menu is limited and taste is not satisfied compared with its cost. Eating is one of important fun, so it was one of big disappointed item.
Finally this hotel is not confortable for no-french-speakers.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel. The rooms were wonderful, large, clean and filled with fresh flowers. A large comfortable bed, air conditioning and mosquito nets help with good quality sleep. The owner Elna is very helpful and hospitable and it was great that she could speak English. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained and the swimming pool was welcome after a hot days outing. The staff is friendly and the service was good. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights with three kids in this lovely medium-sized hotel. This hotel was exactly what we wanted for our trip to Africa - clean with rooms filled with flowers on arrival, beautiful tropical garden, pool and restaurant with lovely sea-view (the hotel is just by the sea) and lots of tropical fresh fruit and seafood. There is a small coral reef between the beach and the little island across, rent a canoe and go snorkeling - you will seesome very nice and colourful fish! The tours arranged by the operator in the hotel are excellent, Antonio takes very good care of his customers. Our kids, a little bit scared by being in Africa for the first time enjoyed the hotel and the tours immensely.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this little gem of a hotel in Nosy Be. Friendly and attentive owner and staff, lovely clean and spacious air-conditioned rooms tastefully decorated with local artefacts and set in beautiful tropical gardens with a view of the ocean....the freshly pressed tropical fruit juices as well as the selection of all my favourite fruit (mangoes, litchis, pineapples and papaya) for breakfast each day was superb. The large, clean pool was a saviour and the view of the little island from the beach as well as watching sunsets at the end of each day are things we will never forget. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends travelling to Madagascar.

Probably one of the best rate on quality/cost in the island. Rooms are spacious , the swimming pool is great, food are excellent. The Hotel is clean in general with a wonderful garden. I enjoy most of all the sunshine near the pool every evening. As I was on business trip, the only negative side is they do not have internet and the staff is a bit slow .

Room Tip: The best ones are near the pool facing the ocean.

nice and cosy, very freindly staff, and real africa. the beach is not the best, but you will not regret because with a sail trip you are in all little islands.
We spent over 10 beautiful days, and had lots of adventure.
we will return soon.
