Came to Long Island for a meeting. Checked in by Melissa. Very helpful letting me check in earlier than check in time and have great directions to a nearby Target as I've never been to this part of Long Island. Food at the meeting was to die for. The room was amazing... Tile floor in shower, soft towels, great bedding. Great housekeeping and very personalized service. Also thanks to Paul (manager) and Cassandra (general manager) who made sure everybody's stay was perfect! Great job!

Carolyn & Cassandra, I want to thank you both for your wonderful hospitality this past weekend. My family had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The breakfast buffet was magnificent! Real food freshly cooked- not the continental breakfast garbage! My wife enjoyed meeting you both, especially after I raved about my previous syays at your facility. She said that we have finally found a "home" for our trips to Long Island. You can expect to see us in the future! Keep up the great work!

The desk staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful....both the day and night including the weekend staff! All were so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, but needed a little maintenance done...loose toilet seat and sink. The real downer of the stay was the restaurant associated with the hotel....we wanted some eggs at 11 a.m. on a Sunday morning...not crowded, so should not have taken us an hour to get very average breakfast, but the hostess did her best to make it OK for us.
This place has the employees who can make it exceptional with some a few changes.

I was upset to hear that your restaurant experience was not so wonderful. I have forwarded this information to our restaurant manager and things like this will not happen again.
