I really enjoyed the hotel and casino when I recently stayed there on a business trip. First, let me say that I am allergic to smoke and perfume. The casino permits smoking in certain areas of the gaming floor, (but NO smoking in the rooms) but the smell did not bother me! That is a real surprise, because I really detest smoke! The casino is totally ventilated, plus there is a gentle smell of 'fresh linen' (like the smell of a clean, warm, sun-dried sheet, but NOT at all like those stinky dryer sheets). The smell of the 'fresh linen' did not give me a headache or bother me at all, and that is a REAL surprise, too, for I am truly sensitive to every perfumed scent imaginable.

The buffet is wonderful and the servers are warm and friendly. You can eat until your eyes pop out if you so desire. The beds are very comfortable and the room is quite nice. There are wonderful black-out drapes that allow you to sleep in if you wish. I love the locally made Sweetgrass and Sage soaps that are offered in the rooms. You can buy some of these soaps to take home with you, too! All in all, this is an excellent place to stay and the gambling facilities are outstanding! On top of that, they have valet parking! A class act, indeed! Loved this whole experience!

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the elevators. The elevators make a sound like a slot machine ringing very...

Never having been to this hotel casino resort before, i was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It was spacious, the king bed was comfortable, AC was nice and chilly, there were black out drapes, a mini fridge, a safe and a clock-speaker. The bathroom was beautiful; glass shower encosure with good water pressure, granite counters. The room was well appointed and chic. The casino is also a lot of fun and had beverage stations. We are not smokers and wish there were a few more sectioned off non-smoking areas rather than having them sprinkled here and there because the smoke from neighboring players would waft down into our path. Also wish they had $5 blackjack tables or poker tables but bets start at $10+. We found a few slots that were good to us. The lounge is a chic place to hang and have a few drinks and they were inexpensive. Sticks was hit or miss but the Sunday brunch had a good selection of food. Next time we will try the pool and hottub.

Room Tip: had a room overlooking parking lot...was fine.

First time going there. Stayed 2 nights. Met by Valets that were well groomed and cordial. Plenty of parking space. Hotel grounds were very well kept as was the hotel. When I checked in, at the front desk there were younger girls standing around talking, totally ignoring the people waiting in line. They were not very welcoming and seemed to be just going through the motions. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Maid was friendly and helpful. We ate at the Native Harvest Buffet both nights, which is a small buffet, but the food was very good and servers were friendly. All in all, the stay was a success and if I am ever in the area again, I would certainly stay there.

We were not here for the gambling but the hotel was nice. Clean, updated, and super comfortable beds. The only complaint was the cigarette smoke that greets you as you come in emanating from the casino. To counter this the AC is blasting and it's quite cold. Other than that, great place to stay in general nice people and efficient.

The beds are comfortable and the bedding beautiful. The pool is large and kept very clean. Great for swimming, not just paddling around. Staff very helpful. The front counter needs better communication between them so messages don't get missed. Breakfast at sticks could be kept warmer on the buffet. Fake eggs. Regular Buffet ...super.

Room Tip: Each of the rooms have been the same ....all great.

We have gone to several casino hotels in New York State and this was a new one to us. It is close to the Cornwall, Ontario border. It is a very nice hotel. Beautifully decorated throughout from the main entrance all the way to the rooms. It is a non-smoking hotel but unfortunately the casino is not smoke free but there are signs up all around advising you if its smoking or non-smoking section. I booked a King Deluxe Room with the Wine & Dine Package for one night and another night which was not. There was a mix up as they had the Wine & Dine Package for both nights but Lawrence at the front desk got this corrected. Also didn't get the room as requested but got room with 2 beds but we were alright with that. I found it noisy when checking in at the reception desk.

We had a lovely meal at the Maple Room Steakhouse. You definitely need a reservation as it is not very big. We had our breakfast at Sticks Bar & Grill which is open 24 hours and we also had supper here. We also visited the Food Court and had a slice of pizza which was delicious. We did have a few drinks at the Cascade Bar. Found food very tasty and food choice and service very good

There is nothing around the hotel. Many buildings around but unfortunately closed. Hotel offers free soft drinks. Casino has table games, lots of slot machines and bingo.

Room Tip: Wine & Dine package well worth it.
