Have eaten dinner here several times and food is homemade right in the back kitchen. Ingredients are all fresh and there are a few signature dishes absolutely worth ordering, such as: Pollo Gringo (unmatched), Chimichanga's (among the best in this upstate NY area) and just about any appetizer... The food is consistently good and service is genuine. Full, well-stocked bar. Needs a full-time outgoing bartender which would help drive an upbeat atmosphere...but at the same time, enjoy the place the way it is. After about a year now, Maria Bonita is the newest restaurant in town bringing in a fresh new mix of authentic Mexican.
