The hotel in dirty. Look at the couches in the lobby alone and you'll see what I mean. When I brought this to the attention of the general manager, Jeff Durham, he simply asked "what do you want me to do?" I'm being completely honest. That's how he responded. I said I don't have an answer and then he just stared at me and we were having a stared down match. Honest, this is what the general manager did.
I was initially put in a disgusting 5th floor room but asked to change immediately. They put me in a room that they claimed was "recently renovated." The walls were marked, the wallpaper old, and the bathroom was old. When I went downstairs to ask why they said the room was "renovated" when, clearly, it wasn't, the responded by saying it was renovated with a new bed spread and rug. Wow, ok, great.
Bad, bad, bad. Cheap place and there's a reason for that. Bad staff, dirty place.More
