Best wine in the Finger Lakes and best and most informative servers. A really enjoyable visit and we'll go back.

Dr. Frank was an innovator and we've always felt this winery has the best wines in the area. On this trip we didn't even bother to go to other wineries - primary focus of our trip was to stock up on Dr. Frank's wines and then visit some other attractions in the area (you MUST see the Glenn Curtiss Museum, also in Hammondsport, and also the Corning Museum of Glass in nearby Corning, 1/2 hr east, which is just amazing). The wine experts who serve you (forgive me, they probably have a title but I don't know it) are very knowledgeable about their wines and help make the tasting/selection process very efficient and enjoyable.

I took my family here when they visited from out of town, and we were all very excited to try the wines of Konstantin Frank. The tasting experience was HORRIBLE! The woman who ran our group was rude to my hard-of-hearing stepfather and rushed us through the tasting. We learned virtually nothing about the winery or the wines. The tasting is structured, very controlled, and you're not allowed to deviate from their timing and choices even if you would like to compare and contrast.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, even though it was a negative one. We value all reviews. We rarely receive negative reviews such as yours and can promise that this is far from a "typical customer experience". Our sales staff members undergo a great deal of training and are extremely knowledgeable. We typically receive comments about how great our staff is.

In lieu of your negative experience, we would like to extend an invitation to you and your family for a "VIP tasting" here at our winery. We would love to turn your negative experience into a positive experience. Please contact us at 800-320-0735 if you are interested.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and if there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to call us at the winery.
