“OK for one night”

We were impressed with the quality of service received from the attendant; she answered to all our questions. The room was clean but small; no coffee maker, no paper tissues, only a chair for the desk. For the price, we were satisfied with this stay.

In regards to amenities, you may want to consider upgrading to a Superior King room on your next visit as these rooms include in-room coffee service, iron and full-sized board, large work desk, hairdryer and additional seating. We needed to find a hotel, at a half way point on our trip home, that was "pet friendly". This hotel was not only convenient - easy on and off I-90 - but allowed pets for free! We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who made room and dinner recommendations. The Waterstone Grill ,which is next door to the RR, offered a small but nice bar, excellent apps and affordable dinners.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will be back!

Room Tip: If you have a pet, ask for a ground level room.

We stayed in a superior king room over the Christmas holiday! The room couldn't have been cleaner! We were greeted at the front desk ByCharlene she helped us get into a room very early in the day! Thanks for the great stay see you next year! This was the first time that I have seen the new Decor , and I like it. When visiting family in Hamburg this is my hotel!

my parents and i stayed there after going to my cousin's for christmas dinner. the room was very clean. the staff was also very helpful in giving recommendations where to go for breakfast this morning. the only real draw back is that they should have told us to stay on rte. 20 instead of giving us directions on how to get to i90. we are from wny and have travelled between hamburg and our home in mayville, ny over the years many times.

Room Tip: i checked the fitness center by mistake. they don't have one.

Stayed at the Red Roof Inn on November 29 with my spouse after a hockey game. Arrived at hotel around 1045pm had the very farthest hotel room from main desk which was fine as we could drive down there. As soon as we arrived in room to prepare for bed and used the toilet for the first time as soon as we flushed the toilet flushed and then filled up with water and wouldn't stop it flooded the entire bathroom very quickly. We had two towels which we planned to use for showering the next day but had to use these to try and absorb the water. After using the towels and still having a ton of water on floor I decided to call the front desk I was hesitant on calling because it was an older lady at the desk and I felt bad for her havig to bring us more towels in the cold. But I had to call, she came down with towels to soak up water then insisted on bringing us new towels to shower I felt bad as it was freezing outside and she was carrying wet towels. But she did bring us towels back.
Due to the mess of the bathroom with the water I am not sure we would stay here again.

The room was very clean,people very friendly. Not my first Red Roof stay. They live up to expectations on a clean room and friendly service. The interstate is close by but its convenience easy on and off. just wish i could of spent more time there.

My husband and I stay there when visiting family in Hamburg NY and we have seen a big improvement over the last few years. Rooms are cleaner, staff is very friendly and helpful and never a problem with noisy. We have stayed in a couple other locations, but did not compare to this one at all. The present staff should be very proud of what they have accomplished during the last couple years.
