One thing we like about Savory's is all the fresh ingredients that the use in their dishes. The omelets are wonderful and their home fries are great. Very friendly and the service is quick.

The food here is hands down delicious! We had a few visits a year or so ago where the service was a bit spotty, but the great menu & food kept us coming back. They have extensive daily specials & multiple soup offerings. Wish they were open for dinner more often, as I'd definitely go! (and, the service has improved a lot - a bit casual, but fun & friendly).

Ate breakfast at Savory's at the urging of a family memeber who is a Hamburg NY local. Be prepared for an extensive breakfast menu that will make you look at breakfast in a new way. During our visit, the constantly updated menu board include choices such as red velevet pancakes, ginger bread cinnamon toast, and various breakfast skillet dishes that included items such as kielbasa, pulled pork and other unlikely combinations. Be prepared to have some difficulty making a decision as to what to eat. Its all great! So many choices.

Our breakfasts were all served piping hot by some of the most friendly waitresses in the world. Service was simply perfect. Everything is made fresh to order and even the bread is baked on a daily basis. Coffee is also freshly ground...and you will never see the bottom of your cup. We were all more than satisfied with our meal choices. We walked out the door stufed full of delicious goodness.

The building itself looks like it used to be something else (perhaps a former fast food restaurant) that has been prefectly repurposed to fit the needs of a friendly family run retasurant. During our visit we ate with locals, hunters passing through n their way to the field, and people such as us who had found this wonderful gem. You will be mad to feel instantly comfortable. We are so glad we stopped in.

Ate here both mornings that we stayed in Hamburg. Some of the best breakfast food ever! Try the BBQ Pulled Pork Omelet (sounds strand but it is DELICIOUS!) or the Homecoming Bennie. And the pancakes!!

Our waitress was super friendly, and genuinely appreciative that we had found them and stopped in. And you know it's good when the locals pack the place on a Sunday morning.

Savory's may look like a dingy diner that's seen better days and inside a bit like a greasy spoon but give it a go - you'll be surprised. So many places offering breakfast or brunch have the same old predictable things on the menu. But at Savory's, an omelette might be stuffed with pulled pork, eggs benedict might be made with sausage. I've tried both and both were heavenly. And best of all, the toast isn't your usual bland, pre-sliced stuff. It's thick, puffy and golden and looks very home made. They even do espressos and lattes - not your usual diner. On our most recent visit my only complaint was with the wait. It must have been the longest wait I've ever had in a diner. Nearly an hour. The waitress was extremely apologetic - which always helps (coming from Britain, I can tell you that Americans know how to do customer service). She admitted there'd been a mix up and presented us with a pair of giant complimentary cookies. We'd rather not have had to wait but it was a nice touch.
