Getting into town late there are very few choices in Hauge without driving to Ticonderoga about 7 miles away. We took shot at it and were not disappointed. The server informed us that this was their last night of the season and were out of some items. This is not a big place and a few of the locals were there eating and at the bar. There is a balcony overlooking a rushing Adirondack stream which would be lovely in season and increases the dinning room capacity. We made choices of what was in stock and made some good choices. I had a chicken, eggplant parmesan dish with linguini which was very well prepared and tasty, done just right. I could not finish it all. Wife had a salmon dish with a honey, curry sauce, the best she has had by far. In season I would recommend the FireHouse.
