“Great Food & Good Service”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

This place is great. We biked over from Sag Harbor, and came here for lunch. While we were initially disappointed that they didn't have steamers (apparently that's a trend in the Hamptons), we ordered the fish tacos, shrimp cocktail and honey dijion chicken sandwich. The shrimp cocktail was good, the fish tacos were amazing, and the chicken sandwich was very good as well (although prob not the best order at a restaurant on the pier).

All in all a great place made better by our server who was on point all thru the meal.

“Unbelievable~”
Reviewed June 18, 2013

Let me just say that my father has owned part of the South Street Seaport in NYC for YEARS so I am an expert on fresh fish... First of all, great location, great staff, very friendly and super attentive. The clams on the half shell were the FRESHEST I have ever eaten anywhere, this including Montauk, Provincetown, Boston, etc. Excellent. We also had fried scallops and the most important thing is that they are not overcooked. Perfect. Their wine was incredible. I got a bottle of their chardonnay and it was chilled in a fancy container. I WISH they had a restaurant like this where I live but unfortunately, you have to be where the seafood lives --- the sea! Cant' beat it. Other than that --- clean place, very sanitary and just unreal. Impressed.

“Nice seating out-of-doors”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

After a long day of exploring Eastern Long Island's wine country we were getting hungry and found Claudio's Clam Bar --and loving to eat on the water we pulled into the lot and paid the $10 refundable parking fee. We were given a nice table in the main dining area and were approached quickly by our server who offered to bring drinks straight away. A Belvedere martini for me and a Virgin daiquiri for my lovely date. Both arrived promptly and tasted good. Our server then explained the menu to us and recommended several appetizers and gave the thumbs up to trying the mako shark special. We tried the fried calamari and the clams casino as apps and did try the mako shark. All of the food came out hot and tasted good and the open-air atmosphere made for an overall good dining experience. The service was good and our server was friendly and prompt. Live music played outside in the open bar area and views from there were very nice. If you're looking forward to a nice casual experience, and you like to dine on the water, this is a good stop and you're sure to enjoy yourself.

“Good food. Good times”
Reviewed June 3, 2013 via mobile

At least once a summer we head to Claudio's. it's not a perfect summer on Long Island without a stop here. They frequently have live music playing and a great atmosphere. My favorite dish is the mahi mahi rueben which is only on the menu July through September and I crave it all year round. If you're in the area i would highly recommend a stop here!
