Visited Noah's with my mom on a recent trip to Greenport. We decided to split a few small plates. The heirloom tomato salad of the day was excellent. Roasted shrimp had great flavor. I wish they were peeled, but the menu warned they would not be, because the sauce made it messy. Local mushrooms with ginger miso sauce were incredible! Squash blossoms were very unique. Overall, we had a great meal and great service. My only complaint was that the restaurant was not very crowded, but the hostess had filled the banquet along the wall which meant all diners were very close together and when a server was trying to talk to his/her table, you would have someone's backside in your face.
