Beautiful hotel, 5 star customer service

My wife and I loved our visit at the Andrew hotel in great neck, from when you enter the hotel Valet employees are very friendly, I must say Frank and all staff congratulated my wife and I as we just got married! The room was very clean and they were very energetic and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here, more than 5 stars for customer service and cleanliness! They were very accommodating!

Love the staff

I've stayed at The Andrew Hotel 6 times now. The main reason I go back is because of the staff. Everyone on staff works hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable and every time I had a small issue they found a solution right away, whether it was noisy neighbors or a warm refrigerator. There are no perfect hotels in the world, but I always stay at the same hotels because of loyalty points or just amazing staff.

July family trip. A stay before my niece wedding

Raj is awesome ! How nice the staff are in making us happy by providing connecting rooms. I did not even ask for it they are the ones who initiated. Very nice and comfy rooms for the family. We chose this hotel because it’s pet friendly and close to the wedding reception of my niece

Friendly Valet

Staff was very friendly. They accommodated to have parking available. Location is convenient, and the hotel is great without extra frills. Room was clean and comfortable. Attended graduations with family. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Andrew Hotel

Very clean and staffed were very nice and friendly I enjoyed my stayed and I would recommend anyone to visit the Andrew Hotel and I will definitely come back again real soon the area is also very safe quiet and beautiful
